WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO SELL OUR BEAUTIFUL HOME, BUT ONLY BECAUSE WE ARE GOING TO HAVE THE SAME HOUSE BUILT ABOUT 1 MILE AWAY FROM HERE, BUT THIS TIME AT GROUND LEVEL. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL  BATHROOM, HANDY WHEN YOU COME OUT OF THE POOL AND A UTILITY ROOM FOR THE WASHING MACHINE, TUMBLE DRYER AND THAT ALL IMPORTANT BEER FRIDGE, A VERY LARGE GARAGE/WORKSHOP, A 22 SQ METER STORE ROOM, WHICH COULD BE EASILY DIVIDED INTO EXTRA BEDROOMS AND MY 10 SQ METER OFFICE SPACE.
