Today is a Bayram date, dedicated to Children's Day. All the children in all the local schools were putting on some sort of gala performance, Sunny Lane was of course no exception. Joan stayed on into the afternoon and took some pictures of the very small children in reception class, the boys in their traditional costumes who also did a traditional dance and the older girls who seemed to enjoy their dance in the pink, with pom poms, just like American cheer leaders.
