Our adventures in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus continue....

An interesting exercise for me today. I was asked yesterday to take a look at the kitchen requirements for a new Pasta restaurant that is to open early April, here in Lapta. I have to say that the first impressions of the building to be used are very impressive and somehow I have to use my Lefkosa contacts, to put together and install, a complete stainless steel kitchen by the end of the month. That should be really interesting, so watch this space for developments and some photos as things progress.
