Our adventures in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus continue....

Seems as if you are having the better of it over in UK this week. We have had some very unseasonable rain, yesterday was very heavy and almost all day. Should not really complain because we desperately need it to see us through the summer.
This weather is keeping the pool temperatures down still. One or two of our friends have ventured in at only 20 degrees, but Joan and I have not yet been that brave. Guess if you come out from the UK you would find it warm, but we would like a couple more degrees yet. We are starting to see some of the early tourists, easily recognised, in the vest and sports shorts, when we get a warm day.
Have received a mail from one of our regular readers who tells me that there was another totally biased report on Channel 4 about buying houses abroad. It seems that once again the emphasis was on the political issue here in Cyprus trying to suggest that there is a very high risk in buying here. As Beran said in his mail, why does one of these programs not try to speak to the many hundreds of satisfied Brits living over here.
